Alpaca Tai Chi Class

Hang out with the alpacas while learning Tai Chi. The basic principles of Tai Chi are taught with a focus on helping you achieve a relaxed state of being to develop more balance, strength, and awareness all while the alpacas walk around the class space grazing and hanging out.
